According to Mr. Fathi Nour, advisor to the Minister of Tourism, a US company & a Japanese company are competing for a job to prepare master plans for the tourist development of the North Coast. Job is requested for completion in six months. Said plans will determine the required capacities of the projected integrated tourist centers, hotels & tourist villages, also related plans for tourist support services such as hospitals, roads, airports, mass transportation means, restaurants & recreational centers. Plans cover a 41 Km long section extending from Ras Al Hikma till Marsa Matrouh City. |
