| Description | Al Kharafi Group of Kuwait has announced L.E. 150 – 200 million project to be located at Al Ahly Club branch in Nasr City, Cairo. According to Eng. Ibrahim Saleh, the group representative in Egypt, also member of the investment committee at Al Ahly Club, the project, going under BOT, would involve 100 rooms four star hotel, a commercial complex and an underground car park to occupy about 110,000 M2. Eng. Saleh has revealed that works on the project are to start in three months time after completing the project study and relevant designs. Worth indicating is that the Al Ahly Investment Committee is chaired by Dr. Farouk Al Okda, Central Bank Governor, and the Engineering Committee is chaired by Eng. Hesham Said. |
