$ 50 million grants extended by the World Bank & the World Food Program among other donors to support schools students nutrition in Upper Egypt & North Sinai Governorates. An agreement on the above was signed recently in Cairo. Representative of the World Food Program, contributing $ 16 million to the grant, revealed that more than 15 % of the children in Egypt are less than 5 years old and they suffer greatly from numerous nutrition shortages problems reflecting on their height & weight. |
