ELEJECT – General Co. for Electrical Projects was awarded a contract to extend a 320 Km long, 220 Kw overhead power transmission line to link Halayeb and Shalatin on the Red Sea with the unified power grid. Project is for completion in 14 months and aims at assuring clean power supply to those virgin areas now widely depending on diesel power generators in that filed with all their harm to the environment. ELEJECT was also declared winner for another similar project but of 300-Km length to link Oyoun Moussa power station with Sharm El Sheikh City and other cities along Sinai southern coast. |
