Several Arab & International business groups are expected to compete to buy out EFC – Egyptian Fertilizers Company under a deal estimated around $ 500 million. They are said to include Sabic of Saudi Arabia, Egyptian Kuwaiti Holding, Tata of India and Agricom of Canada. Month earlier EFG Hermes has been assigned by EFC to promote selling shares in the company ranging 20 % to 88 %. |
