Egypt Minister of Health & Population has recently endorsed L.E. 20 million scheme to revamp Nasr City Hospital of the H.I.O. – Health Insurance Organization. On his side Hospital Director, Dr. Med. Osama Farid, has indicated that the scheme provides for adding 70 new beds to increase the hospital capacity to 670 beds apart from further 20 intensive care beds for cardiology surgery cases. Scheme also provides for the extension of the open-heart surgery unit, kidney and core transplant unit. |
