Egypt Minister of Petroleum & Mineral Wealth predicted Egypt revenues from oil & gas exports in FY 2005/ 2006 are projected to reach $ 6.7 to $ 7 billion should prices continue at their present level. That would consolidate the petroleum sector second ranking, after tourism, among other foreign currency generating sectors. Development would mean a strong push to the country economy & international credibility. |
