Constitution contract was recently signed on the formation of Damietta International Logistics Co. to implement a $ 121 million project at Damietta Port. Majority shareholder is Al Mesaaed Group of Saudi Arabia. Other shareholders include Cairo based New Marine Co., Novolog of Germany & Damietta Port Authority. Project provides for a huge maritime transport operation to handle general cargo at the Port along 4 docks of 770 meters length, 15 meters deep, to receive vessels up to 80,000 dwt capacity. |
