Months after Eemar of the UAE concluded its L.E. 360 million deal for 4 million M2 land on Moqattam hill, it has bought 245,000 M2 land lot on Alex/ Cairo desert Road, close to Zayed City and the Smart Village, in a deal worth L.E. 69 million. It said it would implement an integrated residential/ commercial project thereon including a mall. Worth indicating is that Eemar Egypt is a joint venture grouping Eemar of the UAE and Artoc Group of Egypt. |
