Six new investment projects capitalized at L.E. 15.3 million were licensed recently by Alexandria Public Free Zone Board. They include three industrial projects to produce ready made garments, socks & fixture, 100 % for export abroad & an IT venture to involve with design & development of software, 80 % of output for export abroad, all capitalized at L.E. 4.8 million. They also include an entity to extend services to petroleum companies capitalized at L.E. 9 million and another warehousing venture to involve with the warehousing of inks, paper, zinc plates & other printing accessories, with some 80 % of its operations for export, capitalized at L.E. 1.5 million. Egyptian investors raised 62.75 % of the capital with the remaining 37.25 % extended by foreign investors from Uruguay, Turkey, India, Singapore, Panama and the UK. |
