An Egyptian Saudi venture was recently constituted to involve with the construction/ equipping of smart houses & capitalized initially at L.E. 3 million. It groups Cairo based Al Mohandesoun Al Masriyoun Group & the Saudi B.T. Co. for Information Technology. Chairman of the Egyptian Group, Mr. Saad Zaghloul Nassar, said the venture aims at integrating IT solutions with building technologies to adapt to the different applications & purposes including administrative buildings, tourist resorts & houses. That extends to availing IT infrastructure & networks benefiting from Internet Protocols to offer services such as data transmission, integrating Internet with the TV & the telephone line, also with other household appliances such as the alarm & air conditioning system, also the audiovisual remote viewing of the building from inside. |
