| Description | Egyptian International Pipes Manufacturing Co. (affiliated to Al Kharafi Group) seems front-runner for a second natural gas pipeline. The $ 80 million project to export 200,000 tons of natural gas per year is now being studied by the company in cooperation with Egypt Ministry of Petroleum. Chairman of the company, Mr. Mohamed Ali Ayyad, was quoted in the media indicating that his company would be assigned the supply of the required carbon steel pipes for the line. |
