| Description | Giant Mansour & Al Maghrabi Group has announced plans to build a new cement mill under L.E. 1.5 billion estimated investments. Deputy Chairman of the Group, Mr. Tamer Al Hadi, was quoted in the media saying the Group is now searching for an experienced company in that industry and indicating that the project feasibility study is almost complete. Meanwhile and according to Eng. Saber Oweis, Chairman of the Arab Co. for Construction Materials, the company has reached agreement with a group of Kuwaiti & Chinese investors to build two factories for cement & other construction materials in Beni Swef Governorate under $ 252 million investments. Eng. Oweis was quoted in the Media indicating that the cement factory would have a design capacity of 2 million tons / year. |
